Group Booking

Recurring Appointments

Your clients can now book a whole series of recurring appointments weeks or months ahead, with this add-on to i-Book-iT. Enable or disable the option of having recurring appointments for each service. Clients can choose repeat intervals from daily to once in several months. All appointments are booked instantly. If selected time of the appointment is unavailable, the nearest open slot will be suggested. Combined notifications for the entire series of bookings, payment in bulk, and sync with Google Calendar.

Service Extras

The i-Book-iT Service Extras add-on allows clients to book extra items for selected services. After installation and setup of the add-on clients will see a new step “Extras” after the Service step in the i-Book-iT form. It is possible to bind an unlimited number of extra items to each service. The extra item may increase the price and duration of a service and may have an image associated with it. It is also possible to define what information is displayed to clients at the Extras step of the i-Book-iT form. Once a booking is complete the information about the booked service extras will be available in the back-end calendar.

Waiting List

Add your clients to a waiting list when you’re fully booked. That way, when an appointment becomes available, you can fill it immediately. When a time slot opens, a notification is sent to the service provider with the list of clients in line. When the service provider clicks the relevant link next to client’s name to approve an appointment, the client’s status will be changed from ‘on waiting list’ to ‘approved’.
