KWS Launches New Billing Software
We are pleased to announce our change to a new online billing system. On April 01, 2017, we moved to WHMCS from Billing Orchard.
WHMCS integrates directly with our website giving you, our client the ability to view existing services, recurring fees, invoices and quotes.
WHMCS even allows you to manage your domain names that are registered with Knight Web Services directly in the client portal https://www.knightwebservices.com/portal/
If you have not yet logged into the new portal, please go to https://www.knightwebservices.com/portal/ and click the Forgot Password? button. You will receive an email providing direction to reset your password.
The old Billing Orchard system will be decommissioned on May 31, 2017. If you require billing history prior to April 1, 2017 please log into Billing Orchard at https://www.billingorchard.com/clients/ and export the required information prior to May 31, 2017. Please do not update any information in Billing Orchard as updates will not flow to WHMCS.
